How to Cancel Order?
In the event you wish to cancel your order, please contact us. Once the cancellation request has been done, we will notify you via email.
If we are unable to process the requested cancellation immediately, usually because the package has already been handed to our courier, we will contact our courier to have the package returned to our warehouse. If happen that the courier can’t return the item parcel back to our warehouse, we highly suggest refusing to receive the item for the parcel to be return to sender.
Within 2-3 business days of receiving back your order, we will process it, issue a full refund to your account if it was prepaid, and notify you via email.
Cancel Your Order Before Payment
If you have not paid for your order, there is no need to contact us to cancel it. We receive hundreds of ‘test’ orders each day which our members are using to quote certain cart contents and save the invoice for later reference. We ignore all orders until a matching payment is received. So if you haven’t paid, don’t worry, we’re not processing your order. You are under no obligation to follow through and pay for an order.
Note: If your order is more than a week old you may not be able to “reactivate” it by sending payment, as prices, shipping rates and/or currency conversion rates may have changed. In this case, simply reorder your item.
Cancel Your Order After Payment
eSquareParts works tirelessly to provide rapid delivery to our customers. As such, it is not possible for us to halt delivery once we shipped orders. Customers are responsible for placing accurate orders. Should customers change their mind or incorrectly place orders, customer must contact us not later than 24 hours for us to process the cancellation.
Change Your Order After Payment
Once an order is submitted, we are unable to change the ordered products or the quantity selected.
In this situation, we suggest you contact us and cancel the incorrect order.
Thereafter, we recommend you place a new order for your desired item(s) on our website at your own convenience.
Note: If the goods have already been shipped out or handed to the courier we cannot cancel or change the order. See returns and refund policy.

If your order is not yet handed to our courier, you can place a new order directly to shop. We highly suggest to contact us via email. We will combined the shipment of your orders and will issue refund amounting to the excess shipping fee.
Mean while, if your order is already shipped, you can place a new order and we will process it quickly.
