WHEN WILL YOU SHIP THE ITEM I ORDERED?
All ordered item will be shipped ONE (1) Business Day after receiving cleared payment.

HOW CAN I GET MY ORDER’S TRACKING NUMBER?
All orders with available tracking number will be sent out automatically to the buyers e-mail address on record. You need to log in to your account to get the tracking number. If you cannot still find your tracking number, you can contact us and ask for assistance.

Note: some items do not have tracking number because of shipment guidelines.

WHERE CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
You can track your order after you get the tracking number. You can directly track your item to our site or you can search on USPS or Globegistics.

CAN I JUST WALK-IN OR PICK-UP MY ORDER?
We do not recommend pick up orders. But we can accomodate.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?
The buyer can request for a cancellation of order in cases of;
• Change of mind – about the purchase and that they,
• Don’t need the item anymore, or
• The buyer ordered by mistake.
We can process cancellation right away but this request is subject to a 10% restocking fee and if the item is already out in shipment, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping charge.
